For records that are frequently accessed our data capture service ensures you can find these files quickly, this is added on to our document scanning service. We can use your existing tried and tested file naming system or add new search fields.

We can process your supplier invoices and format them for import into your existing systems. Fields such as vendor number, order number, net and gross values can be entered to cross reference your existing system for import.

We also use OCR (optical Character Recognition) to allow scanned documents in PDF format to be searchable. No more flicking through 1000s of pages, you can enter your search keywords and being directed straight to the data you’re looking for.

We have the equipment and expertise gathered from years of experience to digitize all types of film, 16mm and 35mm roll film, aperture cards, microfiche and COM fiche.
